In a nutshell, I’m a freelance Finance Director. I work with organisations that might have a bookkeeper and an accountant, but no other professional financial support. I start with where you are now, help you plan for the future, and make sure you get there.
I might come in once a week, or once a month, to see how you are doing, I make sure your business stays on course, and I keep asking those difficult questions that some people like to ignore!
I work with commercial, creative, and charitable organisations. Businesses that are led by passionate leaders; where people are led by a desire to get things done or make things happen, rather than just make money. However, I believe that great businesses fail because not enough attention is given to ‘the finances’. And I know that sound financial planning lies at the heart of every successful business.
