		<description>Not sure about those five steps.  The thing about social media is that the arriving is in the asking. You can&#039;t just turn up. You have to put something out there as part of the arriving. It would be great to be able to observe it and see how it works before you put your toe into the water, but it doesn&#039;t work like that.</description>
