I make businesses better. I am an experienced finance director and senior manager, based on the border of the East and West Midlands, who specialises in the development and implementation of financial strategy, procedures and systems. I have an excellent track record in identifying financial performance problems and providing solutions to increase efficiency and profitability particularly in organisations undergoing or planning change and growth.

For over 15 years, I have worked at a senior level within charities and the creative sector as a trustee, director, and manager. I have worked with charities and creative organisations whose turnovers range from £10k to £10M – from local concerns to household names who enjoy a national presence.
